Of course, we won't hear this speech because it's against the race-baiting, community agitation meme that guarantees democrat votes. Actually appeal to the youth?, be an example?, encourage personal responsibility?, . . No, can't do that. Keep them all on the dem plantation. What a disgrace.

In this case, I think race baiting by the Obamabastard had less to do with this than the plague of children being raised without a strong father figure in the home. In certain communities it has reached epidemic proportions, even to the point of children having children. The fruit of the “Playboy Philosophy”.
Elephants are highly intelligent animals. Some time ago there was a special on TV about young bull elephants in South Africa behaving in a vicious, destructive manner, killing other animals and otherwise acting out. They found that this occurred in situations where there were no adult male elephants around to keep them in line and serve as role models. After importing numbers of adult male elephants into those areas, they whipped the belligerent young bulls into shape and they started behaving normally.
Unfortunately the situation with people is not as simple but the basic idea is the same thing. Years ago young men respected and feared a strong male father figure who served as a role model. My guess is in the case of these three mutants, there was none present.
