This child sat on her bike in the road crying for the longest time. Where the heck were her parents? This says as much about the caregiver of this child as it does about the actions of those kids doing that to her. It’s like she was left alone to defend herself. Makes me so ill!

Where is a normal neighbor? Where is a passerby? Where is anyone with morals and a conscience?
