My realtor is super allergic to mold too. He said he blows up if he walks into a house with it and he didn’t. He suspects it’s mildew and that’s what it smelled like to me. The inspector said “possible” mold. Either way it gets professionally repaired and independently inspected or we look elsewhere.
Now ya know why the military invented “blousing straps”...it was so us old broads wouldnt have to worry about our tits fallin outta our cammie pants and stepping on them during a march! ;-)
