I don’t think obama has the stomach to go up against Russia. I’m not sure we have the capability either. Some here may not agree with that and I respect that. It’s open to debate, surely. Long ago I learned in history class that the more wars you fight, the more everybody knows your tactics and capabilities and then, are able to develop effective countermeasures or technology to use against you. We have been doing a lot of fighting these last 15 - 20 years. And Russia, although hobbled at one time, but recovering, could be the country with the technology. They’re still the bear.
