I don’t know. Does it have the same chemical formulation as the stuff Saddam had? Different chemicals have different shelf lives. Some really do go “inert” over time.

One of the weapons inspectors said that Iraqi Sarin and tabun had a shelf life of somewhere around 5 years, and that VX lasted a little longer, and botulinum toxin and liquid anthrax only last roughly 3 years.
