Until the courts got involved, schools were ran and financed locally. We would not need vouchers if control of the schools would be returned to local control (and elimination of teacher unions).
If locals controlled the curriculum perhaps they would go back to the basic and leave out social engineering.
Long past time to destroy the DOE as well as most of the other agencies of the bankrupt socialist central government.
