I have bought it 3 times, loaned it and never got it back. I cannot recommend it enough. Think of it as a much larger companion to The Prince by Machiavelli. Same territory but “WHY”. It’s all about why. And HOW.

Suddenly, the politics of the Dems, the GOP and the world will spring into crystal focus. It really is that good.

*48 Laws* should be a bible for anyone looking at what *tics* in power politics.

Greene’s other volume, equally excellent* is *The Art of Seduction*.... as a matter of fact, I loaned it out....and haven’t got it back yet. LOL

It seems that the “little people” are always on the outside of the door with our ears to the door but we cannot hear what the “big people” are saying inside.

Another thing, it is starting to dawn on me that the age of democracy has not changed things that much. It seems that the leaders just have to be craftier and more subtle than in the days of someone like Henry VIII. Old Henry could say “Off with his head” any time he wanted to and no one could stop him. Democratic leaders have to cool it a bit. They have to get back at their enemies through the IRS or some such thing. :^)
