South40, I was listening to KFMB today. They had a lawyer on to analyze all things Filner. Lawyer said he represented a new accuser who would file a lawsuit next week. Lawyer said his client was pissed over Filner’s exit speech and that helped her make the decision on whether to file/not to file. Client is a 30 plus year city employee.
It’s not going to be over for a while.
Thanks BAW. I’m sure this isn’t over as there will be lawsuits. It will be interesting to hear this latest victim’s claims.
