This will be in addition to the youth training camps in the Edward M Kennedy Serve America Act. Eight or nine big training camps to train yoot in activism and “community improvement”.
HR 1388 Section 155. Not called camps, but “campuses”.
So we’ll have these guys and the Ready reserve Corps and who knows what else, soon.
