My experience was more delicious than ambiance. Maybe it helps that I prefer medium rare to rare. And the creamed spinach and AU gratin potatoes were so rich and yummy that I’ve been trying ti imitate them ever since. Only been twice in the last ten years. Not something often for the calories and money!

Used to love those with Asparagus and hollandaise sauce....yummy!
I don't know if this holds true for Ruth's Chris recipes but I've found recipes on Google for things like Benihana steak sauce, salad dressing that are right on the money.
Might be worth a look.
