Biology is certainly a factor, and so are welfare payments, at least to the first generation of poverty mommas.

But after that they’ve got to see the downward spiral, the lack, the difficulty of no father in the mix who cares, and the abject lack of hope.

So, “Why are black families broken?” is still a question I’m thinking about. Right now it ties to “Why now so much, and why in the past not so much.”

In the past, unmarried girls who got pregnant had to be supported by their families and relatives. It gave the whole extended family an incentive to ensure it didn’t happen, and to tell young girls the bad fate that would await them if it did happen.

Civilization is all about parents instructing kids about consequences. Remove the consequences, and the kids stop listening.

If girls knew they would have to support the baby by going out and getting a job (or starve), they would stop having babies outside marriage to a steadily employed man.

I wonder how many leaders are going to stand up and challenge and speak, just as Juan just did, and bring up some of the points that I did, to say that we’re not fulfilling that dream? As a matter of fact, we’re going backwards.” West offered to go into inner city neighborhoods and historically black colleges with Williams to talk about issues facing the black community, and Williams praised West, while warning him that even Bill Cosby came under fierce criticism from civil rights leaders when he spoke out on these issues.

West, who served 22 years in the United States Army and served in combat in Iraq before being elected to Congress, isn’t likely to back down in the face of critics. He told Williams: “I’ve really been shot at, and so the words and the barbs, they don’t bother me.”

It appears 'the conversation' about race is starting. Hats off to both these good men... even if Williams is a liberal...

I clicked on one of the links yesterday to this site - said it was down. Then I checked my cookies - and sure enough there was a cookie from the site. I suspect that's easy to do with the equipment from the Department of Homeland Security. Is this dude using their stuff to push his hate? I'd like to know. Too bad the New York Times isn't a real paper... it'd be a cool story.

DHS Employee Placed on Leave Over Website Claiming Black People ‘Are Going to Have to Kill A Lot of Whites’ to ‘Survive the 21st Century’, Aug. 24, 2013

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employee who ran a website preparing black people for an “unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race,” has reportedly been placed on paid administrative leave.

Fox News reported on Saturday that Ayo Kimathi, an acquisitions officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), was told on Friday that he is being put on paid administrative leave, following a series of news reports highlighting his controversial website.

As TheBlaze previously reported, his website, “War on the Horizon,” is dedicated to educating black people to prepare for future racial warfare.

“The 21st century will either mark the return of Black resistance to white domination or global white-on-Black genocide leading to our complete extinction,” the website declares. “Warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count.”


On its main page, War on the Horizon says preparing for racial warfare includes “intellectual, spiritual, psychological, and physical preparation for a global clash that will mean the end of white rule on this planet or the end of the Black Race as we know it. ”

Neither the DHS nor ICE immediately returned calls from TheBlaze on Saturday seeking comment. TheBlaze was also unable to reach Kimathi for comment.

Washington – A racist website predicting and advocating for a race war has lead to a DHS employee being put on paid administrative leave.

An acquisitions officer for Immigration and Customs Enforcement who deals with small businesses, Ayo Kimathi, operates the website War on the Horizon. It includes descriptions of an "unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race." Kimathi is black.

Kimathi has been with the department since 2009. He was told Friday that he is being put on paid administrative leave.

His website criticizes whites, gays, those of mixed race, and blacks who integrate with whites. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups, earlier this week reported on Kimathi's role in running the site.

Kimathi hasn't responded to email and phone calls requesting comment.

The man that started that web site works for the Department of Homeland Security, and had to ask for PERMISSION FROM the Department of Homeland Security BEFORE he put the site up. The Department of Homeland Security APPROVED him to put the site up! Wait! What?!?!?! So Mr. Race War on the Horizon is the guy who is buying up all the Bullets!?!! My G-d!

The Department of Homeland Security seems intent on going after the political enemies of Obama. They've 'forgotten' the American people set them up to protect us from the people who killed 3,000 American on September 11th. The jerks were NOT set up to go after conservative American citizens. This is beyond Nixonian...
