This has always been the elephant in the room. The Dems have said the lawbreakers would not be covered by Obamacare. Now Sibelius is saying that we must legalize them so they can be covered. It will only be a matter of time thereafter before it is decided that they will receive subsidies from the government to pay for that insurance and for those that qualify, to be placed on Medicaid.
There is no reason that legalized immigrants should not be required to have and pay for health insurance individually or through their employers. They should not be eligible for any type of subsidy, however.
