Take a look at post 18, the State Supreme Court just ignored the State's Constitution — and given how the USSC is doing business, like denying that the CA Supreme Court can certify standing and the ass-pull that was Obamacare (and Wickard, and Raich, and Schenck, and Kelo, and…) I think that's a futile gesture.
