They are focused on their law, and she is focused on her Constitutional right to free exercise.

Free exercise does not end with Free Worship.

A person’s religion is being exercised every minute of every day.

Very good point. The First Amendment protects the free EXERCISE of one’s religion, which includes the practice of that religion’s values and teachings in one’s everyday life.

No!
That's a seriously bad idea: it would be [more] precedent to destroy the sovereignty of the States.

They are focused on their law, and she is focused on her Constitutional right to free exercise.

It's the NM Constitution that's being violated — thus we have to use this as grounds for removing the State Supreme Court, by the powers of the State.

Free exercise does not end with Free Worship.
