You know...I'm willing to test both public hanging and public guillotines and see which is most effective in giving potentials perps 2nd thoughts. I'm not sure how we could get those stats though.

I can't help but think that after a couple of years of either, the stats would speak for themselves,as crime rates would surely plummet. And, post hanging or guillotine repeat offenders drop 100%...☺
