Michelle was the token conservative at the Seattle Times in the late Nineties. She covered the first meeting of the Puget Sound FReeper Chapter at Ivar's Acres of Clams in Seattle in June 1998, and she wrote it up for the Times. I owe her one, because she made me sound so much smarter than I really am.

When she went to Fox and became a national figure, she left FR. This site has changed a lot over the past 15 years, and further involvement would have damaged her reputation.

Well I don’t know if that’s still the case.

The GOP is in transit.

If Michelle wants to be part of the new thing which takes its place (yes I’m making a ton of assumptions, and many may not agree with me at the moment) it would be intelligent for her to remain plugged in to what I see as the single most vibrant conservative voice anywhere.

Besides, I would love to read her stuff.

I know I could go to her blog, but the problem is I spend all my time here.

:D
