The Amendments Levin proposes are listed below. Currently reading the book. Just by the name of some of these I’m not sure about them, but he does have some persuasive arguments on the ones I’ve read.

Also - I read somewhere in the last couple days that someone has proposed the idea of getting delegate leaders from 38 states (3/4) to work out the details before the convention is called. Then, when the convention is called, they only propose what they have already agreed upon and have the 3/4 of the states ready to approve.

It’s also possible that they start with a couple amendments (repeal of the 16th and 17th) and then start addressing the other things in separate conventions. It’s not all or nothing.

I would like to add one that requires Congresspersons (and their staffs) to live under the laws they pass, cannot have a separate pension/retirement/health plan and that their pay is, at maximum, the average of pay in the US.

- Term Limits of Congress and Senator
- Repeal the 17th Amendment - senators selected by their state legislatures as originally envisioned
- Term Limits of Supreme Court Justices & Super Majority - - Congressional Override of Supreme Court Decisions
- Limit Federal Spending
- Tax Reform
- Limit the Federal Bureaucracy
- Promote Free Enterprise
- Protect Private Property
- Grant States Authority to Directly Amend the Constitution
- Grant State Authority to Check Congress
- Protect the Vote

Buy his book, visit the library (good luck finding it), or borrow it from a friend.

The proper way to proceed is spelled out very clearly.

The Liberty Amendments by Mark Levin

"[Mark Levin] has done an incredible job of drafting these proposed amendments aimed at re-establishing the balance between the federal and state governments...let our national conversation begin, and let us thank Mark Levin for initiating it." (David Limbaugh, New York Times bestselling author of The Great Destroyer)

"Mark Levin’s The Liberty Amendments is the revolutionary blueprint millions of Americans have been waiting for...carefully and powerfully written." (Jeffrey Lord, The American Spectator)

“Mark Levin's book is a serious work that can serve as an action plan for curing what ails us.” (Cal Thomas, The Washington Examiner)

Here are some of his chapter topics:

~ An Amendment to Establish Term Limits for Members of Congress

~ An Amendment to Restore the Senate (repeal of the 17th Amendment)

~ An Amendment to Establish Term Limits for Supreme Court Justices and Super-Majority Legislative Override

~ Two Amendments to Limit Federal Spending and Taxation ~ An Amendment to Limit the Federal Bureaucracy

~ An Amendment to Promote Free Enterprise (redefining the Commerce Clause)

~ An Amendment to Protect Private Property (curbing abuses under the Takings Clause).

~ An Amendment to Grant the States Authority to Directly Amend the Constitution

~ An Amendment to Grant States Authority to Check Congress

~ An Amendment to Protect the Vote (requiring photo ID)

While I don’t agree with every single proposal, most of them are wonderful and it’s a great place to start a dialog and a movement. We need to get organized and get busy. WE CAN TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK FROM THE STATISTS!
