HEY! I just ran across some old thing written about Schwartzenegger by some group that was against him running for Prez. It mentioned Article 2, and some other pertinent “stuff”. It was interesting even if it was pre ‘08. I don’t want to link it, because I don’t know the site, and it mentions Alex Jones (but isn’t linked to him). I was surprised at many of the parallels between obama and Schwartzenegger, some stuff I didn’t know.

The Arnold camp has talked about how, if he can’t become US President he might move back to Austria and become President there. Good. Good riddance, we say.

At the height of an international scandal in 1986 Arnold said in front of a crowd of family, friends and news media that he didn’t care about Waldheim’s nazi past, he was going to support him. He was even on campaign posters.

Even if you want to ignore all of the evidence showing what a dark character Schwarzenegger is, then pay attention to the polls which indicate that the vast majority of Americans, even naive Arnold supporters don’t want him to be President.

Arnold’s people certainly know this. That’s why they’ve had everybody from Senator John McCain, Senator Ted Kennedy, Senator Orin Hatch, to Congressman Dana Rohrbacher out stumping for him in the weeks prior to his high-level political operatives launching this transparently fake “grassroots” campaign, Amend for Arnold.

Congressman Dana Rohrbacher, after introducing a Bill in the House (one of four bills all dubbed “Arnold Bills”) that would repeal the law barring Schwarzenegger from being President, told the press that the bill wasn’t for Arnold, but was for all immigrants.”

So, Arnold had the establishment Repubs on his side, pushing behind the scenes.

Actually, the Congress can not pass a law that removes the "natural born Citizen" requirement for President. Why? Because the term "natural born" means just that, by natural law, and at birth.

The term "natural born" does not exist only in reference to Citizenship (or Subject as some will argue). Have you ever heard of a "natural born hitter", how about "natural born lefty", there was even a movie called "natural born killers" - lol. So, what does the term "natural born" add to those phrases? It means that they had everything they needed, by nature ALONE, to perform those tasks. They needed no assistance, no teaching, or help.

There are two types of law, positive law, and natural law. Positive laws are all the man made laws, from local ordinances, all the way to the Constitution. Natural laws are those of nature, or the divine.

So, the term "natural born Citizen", means that a US Citizen, who was a Citizen by nature alone. They need no help (ie. man made law) to be a Citizen. Anyone who is made a Citizen by a law (Section 301 of the INA for Cruz in chapter 1 Nationality at Birth and Collective Naturalization - http://www.theodora.com/ina_96_title_3.html).

So, it's completely contradictory to pass a law, to make someone a citizen without help of a law. The only way to remove the 'natural born Citizen' requirement is through the Amendment process.
