Read the damn search warrant page 5. It clearly states the events believed to have occurred together on that date. The date has been corrected. There is no reason to assume that because the date has been changed that the events no longer occurred together.

Occam’s Razor (again).

I read it and I also read the correction from the department. It specifically referred to the cheerleading event — not the phone calls.

They are two separate and unconnected events:

1]The cheerleading practice that the department originally reported as August 4th but subsequently changed to August 3rd when they saw the circular or somebody finally clued them in.

2]The phones [his and hers] that were turned off together at 1600 hours on August 4th after 13 calls which the department has not backed away from in the least. Some of those calls might have been texts from the previous day but according to the police the phones were still in operation on Sunday.

They were/are two separate events connected only by the fact that they were on the same day. Change the day and they are no longer connected.
