But recent events suggest that military justice is going off the rails in large part due to the influence of politically correct thinking from civilian politics. I'd also suggest it's about the movement down the command chain of JAG officers, acting as political commissars. Sadly, it seems we've seen the results of that in the Iraq and Afghanistan cases we've followed over the past few years.

I understand both sentiments.
I’m inclined to encourage patriotic Americans to stay in sensitive jobs. Maybe we need to consolidate in one area or another. The military seems like a good place to start, followed by law enforcement.
I’d prefer to have the firepower in the hands of Christians and patriots. The libs have the political power, we shouldn’t abandon the firepower to them, too.
