Will this “effect” their ability to go to collage?
To make a collage??? I don’t think so. Prisons often offer art classes for savages so I don’t think it will affect their making a collage. Now getting into college, yes that could be a problem for these mutants!
Probably not, they will get the good ole non adult treatment and head on in to the greater halls of education. Just like the rest of those that have been doing it fro years. That is why colleges are no longer a real place to go for the education and getting a chance to become a responsible adult.
