Maybe time to head down to Casa Rio for some chicken enchiladas.
For me, it's Mi Tierra (in the Mercado) for a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. On our way out, we stop and buy a few pigs (and other assorted pastries) for the trip home.
Good Mexican food is everywhere in SA, especially the little mom and pop places in the strip malls. What I miss, and tend to visit 3-4 times while there is Bill Miller’s BBQ. Their prices have been creeping up, but it is always a good meal for the price.
