Fixed the gutters and the pest people found 2 mice today. They come back two more times to check the traps and seal off where they think they are getting in but that isn’t over till next week. Still to do is the HVAC, repair the stair rail and clean the dryer vent, who knew I was such a bad home owner!
Things you don’t notice or see everyday often get overlooked; the dryer vent lint build-up issue can be a real fire hazard. Have your new place done, too.
