Yesterday there was 1 white and 2 black perps.

I guess they assumed that with the last name Luna, one of the perps was hispanic. Dominican perhaps?

Somehow “white” people are fully to be blamed for this. If only the citizens had provided free “midnight basketball” these wonderful citizens would be on their way to advanced theoretical quantum physics degrees at Stanford.

This obit says the late Manuel Luna's stepson is the 16 yr old, and Manuel Luna (who died at age 38) had married "Jennifer Bumpas" is 2007. I don't know if Bumpas is a Hispanic name or not, but the Luna comes from his STEPfather.
