Massachusetts is the first hard Homosexual State. California is becoming another and the whole nation is following the path blazed by Massachusetts. How does such a tiny minority capture a huge country so easily?

It is partly Janczewski's fault for allowing his son to attend public school instead of homeschooling or other. This IS public school. By now people who actually care about their children have pulled them out of public school or are doing so. Teachers and unions are running governmental day prisons for youth and have a third world attitude toward prison behaviour by the guards.
Right wing nuts worry that the US might become a third world country. That concern is late and the effect is past tense. Socially and politically the USA IS a third world country. The tipping point was passed, I think, in the nineties. The only relic of civilization in the Janczewskis' case is that a jury is still able to act as if the US is a civilized country and it's determination is still followed.
