It might be a legitimate complaint that they were creating a traffic hazard. However, officer should have been more clear about the law. Didn’t take a dozen officers to handle this.

They need to have someone record the traffic flow. So far, all the videos I've seen of these events, show traffic flowing smoothly.

One might suggest to the organizers, to perhaps incorporate "Moving Protests" to deal with these situations :-)
