You still have to add up all of the weekly hours of your employees and divide by 40 to determine the number of “full time” employees.

What we need is bottom up “worker revolt” against the state where Citizens intentionally work “illegally” by working as “contractors” to bypass the damned thing and work for 40 hours and get paid a little more than regular workers but they have to buy their own benefits which would actually cost less than part time obama workers.

That would be one correct solution to the problem. If Employees went down to the local courthouse
and applied for a business license (usually only $35) and added a 1099 to their application,
employers might just give them the contract. This would only work until the Feds redefine
Contractors as being employees or some other frivolous crap. But it's a start.

Imagine the outrage from RATs towards people who've never been in business before
suddenly becoming (A 1%-er). The delusion is that people think anybody owning a business are rich.
And you can bet that the RAT's will use that statistic for their benefit, of increased business'
while at the same time crying foul at the same statistics.
