I'm still trying to figure out what a "photobomb" is. From the story, it appears that if you walk in front of someone taking pictures, you have committed some sort of social no-no that requires even females to attack. Usually I mutter 'Sorry', duck a little and walk on. Have I missed class the day this became an insult of the first order?

It’s becoming increasingly comment for newspapers and other media to not print “victims” names.

I also did a Google street view of the cross street and it is both spread out and mixed use. Not very grungy, a redeveloped area. The only bars I could find was a closed piano bar, next to a place called the Oak Tavern, which is a sports bar.
