Technically, this crud was authorized under the Clean Air Act by the Supreme Court.

An economy more like Haiti's . . .

This is the death knell to an already struggling economy. Throw in 15 million new citizens competing for jobs that don’t exist and the eventual implementation of Obamacare and you can see how screwed we are for the foreseeable future.
Just as the Marxist leaves the White House everything is going to burn to the ground in his wake.

The company I used to work for had the hots for Longview. We planned to build storage tanks and a big rail car unloader for heavy oil.
Then, the owner bet the house on crude oil futures and someone saw him coming...

Alarmingly, there are many, many people who think Obama is the best president ever—they worship him—precisely because he acts unconstitutionally and takes the law into his own hands. They truly want a single party system run by the hard left.

She also cited the efforts of President Barack Obama in his first term â what she thinks are some of the most productive years in the agencyâs history â to encourage collaboration among the EPA and states, communities, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to reduce pollution from the electricity generation industry.

You know, when I was asked earlier about the issue of coal, uh, you know - Under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Even regardless of what I say about whether coal is good or bad. Because I'm capping greenhouse gases, coal power plants, you know, natural gas, you name it - whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to retrofit their operations.
