Hey, California voted overwhelmingly for him...TWICE. So, California can enjoy the consequences.
I’ve seen some of these “transit villages” (read: hives) in the SF Bay Area: Pleasant Hill BART station area and Fruitvale BART station area. They’re ugly and I can’t imagine anyone WANTING to live there when more attractive single-family residences aren’t too far away.
I don’t like the look or sound of coercion, no matter how attractively packaged.
