Feel so bad for those families and crew.
Looking at the flight chart, I see within minutes of the crash, several approx 3-4 thousand drops in altitude. I guess I’d need to check the history to see if that is a normal approach to that airport.
Wind shear possibly? no delays reported at the airport, no warnings either? (at least on flightaware)

Wind shear possibly? Likely weather related but I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a shoulder fired missile. It's been almost a year since they say 400 have gotten into the hands of Jihadists. Time enough for some to make it inside the US it would seem to me. They like to strike when and where it's least expected.

Rapid drops in altitude? sounds like a microburst/windshear. From what I've gleaned from other posts there were thunderstorms in the area, that's prime breeding grounds for microbursts. FAA mandates most aircraft to have microburst warning/recovery equipment though.
