I can't remember how many countless times entertainers have impersonated presidents and never needed to apologize.
Is America now like some medieval country, in which anyone who mocks the king is locked away in a dungeon?

Already the wussies have apologized. When I was a kid, I heard a song whose refrain went, "who ever heard of a cowardly cowboy? A cowboy's not afraid of anyone."
That was then. Today, the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association has shown that it's a bunch of cowardly cowboys.
