A 95 year old man in a Philly assisted living facility became agitated when told he was being taken to the hospital involuntarily. Police who had been called by staff Tasered the elderly man and shot him with bean bag rounds, killing him. More and more frequently we hear of military style police assaults on the wrong people & residences. Waco, Ruby Ridge, Elian Gonzales. NSA, IRS, drones, death panels.

I am not defending a murderous pervert. I'm defending the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the rule of law that apply to everyone. We live in a de jure police state. If the Feds can summarily execute a criminal, they can, have, and will do the same to you.

I agree with you to a certain degree, but this was not such a case. A 95 year old should never have been done that way, nor should the Police do half the things that they are doing, EXCEPT in this case.

The CRIMINAL, who’s father had done the same thing years before (kidnapped a 16 year old) and died on the same day as his dad did, deserved what he got. I’d have fired the shot myself.

Let’s not FORGET the VICTIMS here a woman, and an EIGHT year old boy, plus the 16 year old girl. God only knows the hell she went through.
