It is so frustrating. I heard the final house and senate bills proposed only have one difference. 4 billion!!! the sticking point is that house wants a 2 percent raise for military. The senate wants a 1 percent raise. It is insane to stop the first budget in obama’s administration to be signed over this. A 1.5 percent raise never crossed both chambers minds??? Unbelievable!

These are not Ronald Reagan's pro-military Republicans in Congress anymore.

Half of the rhetoric you hear from the House and Senate GOP sounds exactly as anti-military as the Democrats.

GOP members of Congress have allowed the military to be slashed by $330 Billion in 2009, $487 Billion in 2011, and $650 Billion in 2013 with the Sequester. Those were all supposed to be over ten years, but the cuts were real and have now overlapped each other.

I have never been so disgusted with this nation.
