I believe that it is being done for three main reasons.

1. To provide a new source of revenue for diversity lawyers and hustlers.
2. To muddy the waters of crime statistics to make it seem those ethnic groups overrepresented are more evenly spread out.
3, It’s an indirect attack on the Second Amendment because when the punks start attacking law abiding citizens and are shot for it, there will be a hue and cry as to how suburb America is using guns to keep out the disadvantage.

5. To create high-density neighborhoods that make life difficult for families, increase social anomie, and increase a sense of dependency on government.
6. To lower the quality of life in the suburbs out of sheer spite.
7. To achieve global warming amelioration goals by squeezing out the automobile and imposing absolute reliance on public transit.
