The reason is because this was a hit squad sent by HILLARY'S FRIEND, MORSI. 0bama knew this before the election, and the MB attacking the 'embassy' to get Stevens as a hostage looks bad since Hillary was practically sleeping with Morsi and funding them with millions $$$.

Team 0bama will continue to try and keep this covered up or Hillary's 2016 bid could take a hit. Hence, the SEALED indictment, the FBI delay, etc. I believe Hillary intentionally made Stevens vulnerable for Morsi to be able to take Stevens hostage.. Much nudging by Huma, probably.
