These days, it doesn’t rank as excessive force until the dogs are shot, the kids are held at gunpoint until turned over to CPS, granny is knocked out of her wheelchair, the house is sprayed with gun fire and at least 3 flash bombs have been lobbed through the broken windows, all the adults are shackled together and armoured vechicles have the neighbors in their crosshairs.
