So now, not only will poor people remain uninsured (according to the CBO), but they will NOT be able to get medical treatment at all unless the charitable hospital is willing to pay additional fines and/or legal fees to defend itself!
Once again this only shows how Democrat “compassion” hurts the people they claim to care so much about!
Congrats, you effing Dems! You broke health care now you own it!

About 10 years ago a Brit told me, if you have something wrong and need to see a doctor, you fly to America and see one the next day. If you wait around Brittan to get an appointment and a referral then when you do see them then your problem may be untreatable.
It will be the same here. If, as Massachusetts is discussing, states cancel the medical license of doctors who won’t take state insurance, then we’ll be going to private clinics set up offshore.

Does anyone know what happens to the poor who cannot afford insurance now, when they are forced to get insurance through an exchange,do they have to pay anything towards the premium or is it totally free to them but not the taxpayer?
To: Nachum
I guess this is why the Congress and their staffs will now have 75 percent of their premiums paid for by the taxpayer, would not like to have the BRAIN DRAIN that thinks This crap up.

So, Obama is DIRECTLY trying to kill the poor, the disadvantaged, and the minorities.
KEEP VOTING OBAMA, INNER-CITY DENIZENS! Idiots.

The Affordable Healthcare Act, a/k/a, obamacare is designed to collapse the medical system and make possible the implementation of a one payer system. How long this will take I can't say, perhaps 20 years from today at the longest. This should happen around 2033 at the latest. probably much sooner. The average obama worshiper will be 28 to 50 years old at that time. Just in time to begin reaping their promised benefits that they were promised. The only problem is that the only benefits that will be available to them is suffering and death. The payer is the Government. It is what is commonly referred to as socialized Medicine. This is what politicians [who will and have exempted themselves], labor unions, and others have been clamoring for for years. They are about to get what they prayed for.
They will find that the medical system will be managed by Democrat Party political hacks who have no medical knowledge or experience, or the desire to obtain same. Their philosophy will be, " Each dollar I approve for someone's medical treatment is a dollar I won't to be to put in my pocket." Hence, very few who need it will get medical treatment. In Washington DC , the Program head will read the reports of how little of the allotted money his/her field directors spent and smile from ear to ear. Since the media will refuse to report the actual suffering of the people. The people will all be crying in unison, "This is all Bush's fault!"

Instead of blaming Obama, we should be running our congresscritters to the ground over ‘affordable care.’

Whenever I read a story like this, I really wonder how much shame those who continue to insist Obamacare is the miracle of our time must be feeling. It must be hard, having to suppress one’s intelligence so as to continue to believe Obamacare is any kind of good.
