Been done many times. Try a Conway, SC, High School, circa 1977. Brand new building. Stunning. Had multiple theaters and a massive commons. Trashed in 2 years. Trashed. Torn seats, holes in walls, windows broken, theaters destroyed, classrooms vandalized, parking lot looked like a tornado hit it, etc. Even the buses looked trashed. All black school.

No high school can run without strong discipline, whether it in the slums or the upscale suburbs. Private schools, religious or not, seldom have this problem, as misbehaving students are expelled. This is as true at the Sidwell Friends School, where Clinton's and Obama’s children have been educated, as at any fundamentalist Protestant or traditional Catholic academy in flyover country.

Yep - that’s why all the black universities are pretty trashed - its not because of lack of funding. Its because thats their culture. I went to an all white school, beautiful facilities, top in the state. Then they started busing. In a few short years the place was trashed, grades plummetted, and police roamed the halls. Its not about race - its about culture and until they change their culture there will be no hope and change.
