Sounds like a great opportunity for another landlord to announce he WELCOMES ONLY gun-permit holders.I'd offer a 5% rent discount to gun permit holders! (Because they would need to be squeaky-clean to pass the background checks. Probably much more likely than the average apartment renter.)
