We're going to need something like this in Illinois. I renewed my drivers license two weeks ago and the building already had a “No Weapons” sign up.

Police pull the deception of confiscation without court order but demand a court order KNOWING FULL WELL witout a court case the victim can have their property returned.

This is now a USSC determined fundamental right. Any suit filed should have the police paying all attorney fees DURING THE SUIT just like any aclu case.

Police should be MANDATED to return such property without order when they take outside of any court case.

ALSO

prosecutors should be prohibited from demanding surrender of firarms to “dismiss”

AND

ONE order returning all property MUST be enough no seperate court order for these lying police.
