from a Vietnam Vet and retired Police Officer: I had a doctor's appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something very interesting that I would like to pass along. While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions: 1. Did I feel stressed? 2. Did I feel threatened? 3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?

The nurse then informed me that if I had answered yes to any of the questions I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security.

This is a hoax that has been floating around the internet for several years now.

I do recommend not answering any questions about guns in your home, or about money, jewelry, or other valuables.

Have a Vet friend who was recently asked by his doctor at the VA if he had a gun in the house, since CA has a gun registry and the VA has access to his records he said yes. The VA docs are asking these questions. I’m sure the VA can alert the Feds here in CA to those who have a gun but “should” not have access to one. Kamala Harris and her minions hard at work implementing back door gun control against the will of the people.

Yep, as is the origination of this thread.....we're on Medicare and both the wife and I have had several hospital/medical type things in the past 18 months....and never been asked anything about weapons.

I don't know why people make this sh*t up.
