Kookiness and menacing. He’s done a few stunts intended to unnerve others, after invading their space, like busting in to a classroom, asking the teacher if she is a Mormon, then cursing her while waving a Bible. Downright bizarre since he is now claiming to be a Muslim jihadist.
As others suppose, and I concur, he sounds like he is rowing with just one oar in the water. Whether a psychiatrist would say he is legally a threat to himself or others matters less than he is messing with people who don’t appreciate being messed with, and have guns.
