Who would have the greatest motive to stop arms flow to the Syrian rebels ? Number one would be Assad. Number two would be Iran/Hezbollha. Number three would be Russia.

I agree with you. But I consider Russia a very, very long shot. Assad or Iran for sure.

So maybe the big secret is that we were attacked by some third rate country or countries and don't want to admit that we got caught with our pants down due to the incompetence of our President and Secretary of State.
