Article describes it as “band member shoved the country’s flag”, so I assume it was Russia’s.
If it was our flag I would say that if we don’t stand up for our own flag, why would anyone else?
This country’s self hatred is most certainly going to lead to its downfall.
That is certainly a possibility, I worry about it constantly.
But
I'm not sure that the America haters are as numerous, and I'm quite certain the America lovers are more numerous, than most people believe.
I mean, almost every day a "news" organization puts out a piece that refers to the disturbance and massive upset among the population caused by the Zimmerman verdict. That is simply, positively, verifiably false. Most people are quite content with the outcome of the trial.
That's just one small example, one of many.
What's true, however, is that the enemy control of mass media including entertainment, combined with the lack of effective, organized political opposition, MAKES IT LOOK LIKE regular, normal Americans are approving of self-hatred.
If and when a spontaneous political opposition arises (which is likely, IMO) we will get to see who is who in this country - and you may be surprised at the size of our majority.
