You know what will cause you to fail in TODAYS America?
Thinking that we are a Constitutional Republic of Laws and not men. That’s a setup for failure every time.

Well, duhhh...I thought I was going to hear something new
and become rich overnight.
This is just the same old common sense that our parents told us. Sadly, I don’t think TODAY’s parents are teaching this.

Shouldn’t get an education be first on the list?

That explains why America’s #1 and #2 victim groups are not getting anywhere.

2- get an education And just a reminder: going to school and getting an education may be two different things.

Good point: go to an institution daily is physical; getting an education is mental and somewhat intangible.

Wake up every day with a goal and do not go to sleep until you achieve it.
Wash, rinse and repeat for 50 years or so.

Neither party is Interested in fixing the train wreck. But they are interested in rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic so they can point fingers and blame the other guy when TSHTF.
And when that Kabuki dance is over, they will go out and have a beer with their friend from across the aisle.

You have to live your life with purpose, but you also must enjoy where you are on the way to where you are going.
Many people live their life based on the shame-based controlling emotions of guilt, anger, greed, envy or jealousy; they have to use other people to make them feel better, or use others to take it out on-or both.
Just my 2cents...

Hawkins wrote an excellent article. The biggest thing I've noticed in the last fifty years is the change in attitude of many people. Fifty years ago there was little or no tolerance for by most Americans for people who called themselves victims or tried to use the system to gouge taxpayers. Now there is a sizable percentage of Americans who either think of themselves as victims or try to use the system to cheat others.
Attitude is everything is life. Conservatives know that things can go bad and are prepared to get back on the horse. Liberals are people who think the system has failed them, and they're not responsible when things go bad. Simply put, the problem with America is that there's too many liberals.
