I wish my local CB.S. station would dispute their fees.
Actually, the problem is that the local CBS station wants MORE $$ from the cable company under a FCC authorized scheme called retransmission consent, where the cable systems has to pay the station a fee on a per subscriber basis.
CBS should be paying the cable providers.
I’m not completely sure, but I believe Clinton was President when the retransmission fees law was passed.
