They are going to try to prosecute the driver for not intervening? Is the driver allowed a gun, or pepper spray or a taser? Or is he expected to go up against 3 black teens by himself.

Tell me he wouldn't be fired, if he went back there and hit one of the teens?

Sounds to me like he followed policy. The policy needs to be changed, and the Driver enabled with whatever necessary to defend himself and those in his care against thugs.

This happens all the time. Riding the bus to a public school was like a war zone when I was a kid. This must have a been middle school. The 3 “yutes” in the video look older than 6th graders. They were probably 7th or 8th graders, some of them may have flunked a grade or two making them even older.

At second glance, I guess their complaint is that he didn't check on the child after the blacks had left the bus.

Is he medically trained? Would he know what to do? Would he know what to check for?

Yeah, good point. Are they going to charge those savages for this???? I hope the white boy’s parents sue the school district and if the bus driver is fired I hope he sues too. When desegregation was pushed into our Seattle area in the early 70’s my super liberal Mom moved all her white children to an area that was exempt because of it’s island location.
