Nope. Pederasty means essentially "boy lover," and is thus a sub-group of homosexuality. The traditional pederast was an ephobophile (lover of post-pubescent boys), not a pedophile (pre-pubescent).
Technically, an ephebophile or pedophile as such can go after either sex, but a pederast is limited to boys. I'm not sure, but technically I also don't think a female can be a pederast.
Nope, one of the meanings of the word pederasty has always been, in the science field, ‘homosexuality’. The two meanings are still in the dictionary. It is only the science of political correctness that’s convinced some that pederasty = pedophilia.
