There's NO WAY tax-payers outside of Detroit should have to pay for their stupidity and union greed. They collectively created the problem, let them collectively solve it on their own.

They might start by cancelling the “build” of a $44 million dollar hockey arena. that much money would buy a lot of street lights, manhole covers, etc., etc. Definitely DO NOT let them use the money to pay off the union goons pensions.
